The staging was amazing. Just continual wow moment after wow moment.
It didn’t get the appreciation it should have done for staging something like that during Covid.
Did not know what to expect considering the slightly unusual subject matter for a musical but leaves you smiling and crying and wanting to see it all over again.
From start to finish, a massive party with songs that get stuck in your head on repeat. Also love how you can officially record and take photos at the end of the show.
Leaves you asking: how did they do that?
It’s a lot of Harry Potter in a short period of time. Also hard to get out of the habit of expecting them to break out into song.
One of the first times I wished I had the power to rewind a song just to watch it all over again.
First time watching has an element of trying to break down what songs they are mashing together.
Some fantastic songs that you can belt out in the car while driving.
A surprisingly enjoyable musical with a powerhouse of characters
The magic of Disney on stage with just takes the film even further.
Not the best for theatre lovers who like to get lost in the show (kids and adults singing).
I now know far much more American history than I did before. Also scene stealing from every character.
In the weird position of needing to know the songs already to get the most out of watching it.
Seeing Emma Thompson in real life was just an amazing experience
A jukebox that actually feels organic with song choice
The ending…hmmm. Should have ended a song earlier.
Coming away with songs stuck in your head that are not advisable to sing in polite company.
Love the refresh of this. A dependable great night every time.
The furniture were just amazing and Lumiere was perfection
Seeing one of my favourite films on stage
The set felt a bit empty
Something was just missing and I wanted to like it more than I did
Made me laugh so much that it physically hurt and I cried.
A different show that really drags you in and an incredibly hard working band who need to act as well.
Timeline sometimes confusing and ends a tad flat.
How you get to steer the show
Can be hit and miss due to the improvisation of the show.
All this rating is for Duloc
I am now freaked out by Murphy beds
A departure from the usual from Mischief Theatre style
A very hit or miss show. Some parts I liked and some not so much.
All I remember is that it was for GCSE drama and Will Young was in it.
