My pitch is this, instead of the usual Aladdin story that we see. we take a leaf out of the Wicked playbook and tell the story of Genie, we focus on what he did before the Aladdin story, during and after. My main issue with the Aladdin Musical was that the Genie was so good, everyone else felt a bit flat so why not make a feature out of that.
