What they loved
- Always good fun. Even if you don't know the tunes -- you probably know the tunes.
- Heather loves this show so it makes her happy to see it...
- Love this story
- Always loved the music and was desperate to see this, went in 2018 really looking forward to it , had great seats under the famous Chandalier. The original soundtrack is so so powerful. Came away dissapointed as whoever played the phantom on the night just didn't have the voice or the passion that a Phantom like Michael Crawford has. Maybe another visit would make my mind up.
- This is a classic. Ive seen this 30+ times
- Dramatic and musically brilliant.
- An absolutely phenomenal show. The set and costume designs are incredible, with moments like Masquerade and the rising and falling of the chandelier being obvious highlights. I adore the music, and the story and character development are so brilliant that they keep you invested the whole time. A classic that deserves its place in the West End.
- Iconic. Love masquerade.
- Legendary, romantic, spectacle

What they didn't enjoy
- Soooo much technical stuff going on.
- Unfortunately we had restricted viewing. Not worth going in upper circle if in London as it's above the chandelier so you miss whole sections
- The Actor that played the phantom really left the whole show feeling flat
- Nothing.
- I couldn't understand what was being sung sometimes, especially when multiple characters were singing at the same time (like in the Notes songs), making it difficult to keep up with certain elements of the story.
- Not my favourite style. Miss the chandelier falling!
