More information:

This is a not just another musical. With a cast of 20 characters plus company, it has a script that has the weight and gravitas of a pure drama but with soaring songs, beautifully orchestrated. Add to this an array of powerful and absorbing personalities, tracing their place in history; real people, real lives ... but with tragic and heart rending consequences. It paints a picture of humanity which is just as resonant today, encompassing life and of loss but more importantly, love and hope.”

I was sceptical because I was not in the mood for some camping around about witches in pointy hats etc. How wrong was I! This is an excellently View More

Didn`t manage to catch the debut performance in Manchester earlier this year but having heard the CD, I wish I had. Blend of historical fact with romantic fiction set against a superbly orchestrated soundtrack and memorable songs. Would love to hear it performed live! It deserves wider recognition View More
