Steven Sparling spent a decade working across Canada with Les Grands Ballets Canadiens, The CBC, Edmonton Opera, Stage West Calgary and the Mayfield Dinner Theatre before relocating to the UK in 2002. Since then he has toured the country in the UK Number One Tours of Scrooge and Doctor Dolittle (Bill Kenwright Productions), sailed the Mediterranean singing on board the Costa Magica and appeared across London in cabaret and new theatre writing.
Heather Weir is a singer, actor and musician. Credits include A Swell Party, The Fax of Life, Remember! Remember!, UK tour of The Snow Queen, UK tour of Kaye`s The Word and Lady Capulet in Romeo and Juliet. She also works with contemporary musical theatre writers and composers developing their material. She studied singing and piano at Trinity College of Music London, is a voice specialist with theatre companies and is a lecturer at London Drama Schools.
Stuart Pedlar was Assistant MD on the original London production of A Little Night Music (1975) and MD for Side by Side by Sondheim from its conception in 1975 to the West End, New York, Canada,  Middle East, Far East, Denmark and Sweden. He has since been the MD for the 10th anniversary production (Donmar), the 20th (Jermyn Street) and the 25th (at the Stables – Cleo Laine and Johnny Dankworth’s venue where the original Side by Side was tried out). He was Associate MD on the original London production of Sweeney Todd (1980) at Drury Lane, a work he has conducted in Denmark, Sweden, the Watermill (Newbury) and in 2000 at the Bridewell Theatre. In 1998 he conducted the European premiere of Into the Woods in Denmark and again in Sweden in 1999. In addition to his Sondheim work, he has conducted many other works in the West End, regionally in the UK and around the world. Stuart has been both Patron and Honorary Member of the Stephen Sondheim Society.
